Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Timelines

  • Same-Day Delivery:
    • Orders placed before 5:00 PM will be delivered the same day.
    • For customers located within 6 km of our store (INA Market, New Delhi), we attempt same-day delivery for orders placed until 8:00 PM (subject to availability and logistics feasibility).
  • Next-Day Delivery:
    • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (or after 8:00 PM for locations beyond 6 km) will be delivered the next business day.

2. Delivery Areas

We currently serve Delhi-NCR (subject to pin code verification at checkout). Deliveries outside this range may require special arrangements (contact us at +91 9899888259 and info@pickfreshfish.com).

3. Delivery Instructions

  • Provide accurate address, landmark, and phone number. Incorrect details may delay delivery.
  • Someone must be available to accept the order. If unattended, we will:
    • Attempt re-delivery once the next day.
    • Hold the order for 24 hours (perishable items may be discarded thereafter).

4. Weather/Unforeseen Delays

  • Deliveries may be delayed due to heavy rain, strikes, or transport issues. We will notify you promptly.
